PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND INFORMATION

Instructions: 
  • Click the link on the application, download the application.  Once downloaded open the form.  Go to "Tools".  Select "Fill and Sign".  Once you are done filling out the form save the document.  Email the completed document to: administration@pleasantvalleymo.org

  • Click the link "Pay for Permit", highlighted in yellow.  This will take you to a 3rd party vendor to submit your payment.  Payment must be received before your permit can be processed.

Up to and including 20 square feet area:    $95
          For each additional 20 square feet:              $16

Wall Signs

Up to and including 100 square feet area:   $95
         For each additional 100 square feet:             $16
