SEWER ADJUSTMENT FOR JULY 2026 THROUGH APRIL 2027

            The Board of Aldermen of the City of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, on Monday, June 1, 2026, at City Hall in Council Chambers, 6500 Royal, Pleasant Valley, MO 64068. The hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Section 79.110 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended, regarding the consideration of a sewer increase of 6% in both the connection fee and per 1,000-gallon usage calculation.

1.                  The updated connection fee per account from Pleasant Valley to residential and commercial sewer accounts will be $32.16.

2.                  For residential accounts, the updated per 1,000-gallon usage rate from Pleasant Valley will be $7.07.

3.                  For commercial accounts, the updated per 1000-gallon usage rate will be $17.53.

4.                  These rate increases will commence with the July 2026 water department billing to Pleasant Valley residential and commercial sewer accounts.

5.                  All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Pleasant Valley City Hall, 6500 Royal, Pleasant Valley, Missouri 64068, by the Pleasant Valley Planning and Zoning Commission at 4:30pm on Thursday, June 4, 2026, concerning the following:

·Consideration of 30-foot setback requirements for buildings in Pleasant Valley, Missouri
